The program is a series of four weekends over a year. Each weekend will consist of a layered learning process that will include presentations on key aspects of your physiology and guided meditations that take you more deeply into a living presence of your body and the natural forces within you. You will then practice these over the intervening months.

Heidi Lauber is a BCST therapist with a thriving practice. She has been a manual therapist for over 17 years. She has had a special interest in the fasciae for decades. Her interest in the fasciae drew her more deeply into a relationship with the intelligence of the human organism which she is perpetually amazed by. This led her to study CST first with the Upledger Institute over a decade ago, then with Michael Shea and Body Intelligence. Heidi deeply enjoys helping to convey the profound simplicity of BCST to both the clients and students she works with. She loves laughing, snowshoeing, long hikes in the foothills with her dog and being with her family.
Nicole has a thriving Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy practice based in Calgary , Alberta . Prior to her transition into the holistic side of medicine, Nicole worked for 23 years as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. For many years, her primary focus was working with newborn babies in intensive care, in addition to hundreds of hours working in the Emergency room. Throughout her exposure to trauma and disease, Nicole has always been aware of the importance of human touch in supporting the health of the patient, in addition to the lifesaving interventions of conventional medicine. Nicole became interested in further study of BCST after witnessing how deeply the biodynamic touch supports health and healing. Nicole continues to learn every day from the amazing changes she sees in her clients. She is also studying to become a certified elemental Chi Kung instructor.
