BODY INTELLIGENCE MEDITATION – SELF EMBODIMENT PROGRAM

Body Intelligence meditation program is a series of four weekends over a year. Each weekend you will be lead through presentations on key aspects of your physiology and guided through meditations that take you more deeply into your form and into a living presence of the intelligent forces of nature within you. You will then practice these over the intervening months. The four modules are below.

UPCOMING COURSES
Module 1: THE AMAZING CONNECTIVE TISSUE BODY

Looks at the nature of connective tissue and how we are essentially holistic. We are collagen-based units. The body generates its felt sense awareness through these tissues. Meditations are explored to come into this continuum, bringing more connectivity and sensitivity to your system.

Module 2: FLUID BODY AND BLISS

Looks at the embryonic origin of form and the natural fluidity of the body. Explores fluid in the core of the body balancing the central nervous system. The fluid nature of the heart and vascular system. Being in relationship to blood flows and a natural vitality residing in your fluid body.

Module 3: PEACE AND AUTONOMIC ORDER

Looks at the pivotal nature of the gut and digestion and how our enteric nervous system balance is necessary for smooth presence. Feel qualities of different organs and different states of dynamic health. Settle nervous energy in the autonomic nervous system to become more embodied and regulated.

Module 4: INNER CELL

We are the cell. Many aspects of the cell are explored and how it manifests in our consciousness. The neuro-endocrineimmune system and our basic cellular environment as the foundation of embodiment and awareness. The molecular cellular world we live in and how we can transform at a fundamental level.
