The program is a series of four weekends over a year. Each weekend will consist of a layered learning process that will include presentations on key aspects of your physiology and guided meditations that take you more deeply into a living presence of your body and the natural forces within you. You will then practice these over the intervening months.

Ersie Kyprianou
Ersie Kyprianou is a craniosacral therapist in Toulouse, integrating in her practice several years of experience in the fields of alternative medicine and psychoanalysis. After a degree in civil engineering she studied osteopathy, craniosacral therapy (Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust in London) and attended several training courses in alternative medicine. Ersie is a founding member of AFTCS (The French association of CranioSacral Therapy) and member of the Psychoanalytic Clinic College of the Southwest (France). Her other areas of interests in the professional field include qi gong, meditation and yoga. Ersie is from Cyprus; she loves the Mediterranean sea and hiking in the mountains.
Sebastien Thuret
Sébastien Thuret-Benoist is the chairman of the French biodynamic Cranio-sacral therapy association and the coordinator of the Body Intelligence training in France. He graduated in 2008 as a BCST form the Cranio-sacral Therapy Educational Trust (CTET) in London. After completing osteopathic studies in Toulouse at the CREDO, with a behavioral specialty, he dedicated his full practice to Biodynamic, not only as therapeutic process but also as a personal development process. Practicing meditation and spirituality since over 20 years, he received his first Buddhist initiations with 17, then from dedicated his life to the exploration of consciousness. After several years of traveling and studying the fondamental of existence, he is now living in the Pyrenees practicing Biodynamic osteopathy and cranio-sacral therapy in a small town, sharing his life between teaching, giving treatments, and his family.
