Simon Gosling has long been interested in the nature of self, spirituality and all things esoteric. To foster this interest he studied Comparative Religion at the University of Canterbury whilst simultaneously studying yoga and tai chi. This led to a training in Shiatsu in 1985-7 and thus began his career in complimentary medicine. He studied with Franklyn Sills at the Karuna Institute in Devon, UK in 1995. There he became Franklyns personal assistant for 5 years, assisting him on many advanced courses. At this time Simon also tutored with the CTET in London, UK. Simon now teaches for Body Intelligence on many undergrad and postgrad course. In his teaching career he has taught in UK, Spain, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, India and Malaysia, fortunately he enjoys seeing new countries. Apart from being a senior tutor with BI Simon is an approved teacher with BCTA/NA. When not teaching Simon has a busy home and city practice in Auckland and finds solace in nature.
Jason first studied Crainiosacral in 1998 with Joseph Marzal (the Pacific Somatic Institute). Joseph Marzal’s work with Shock and Trauma was a great influence and also a big reason for Jason moving into the Biodynamic Crainosacral style of treatment, it helped with questions he had around more mechanical approaches to the work. Jason has been working in the health industry for almost 20 years. He is currently the owner director of a busy clinic in Auckland. Jason has a Diploma in Biodynamic Crainosacral Therapy from Resonance Training and a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage and Craniosacral Therapy at Wellpark College. Jason works with Mothers and baby’s and has an interest in how embryonic forces of formation express in Crainosacral Therapy. He has an Advanced Diploma in BCST. He’s the father of three young boys.
